Minerva will protect herself and everyone else who is friendly to her with everything she has. She can do it with her claws and fists but doing it against ranged weapons would damage her body (and anyone else who she protects may be hurt / killed). That is why she always has at least one ranged weapon with her. It is either Pistols or Sniper Rifle. She do not use her Sniper Rifle when she does not
go to war(will not need powerful long-range weapon).
